Since we arrived in Guanajuato people have been telling me about a local fellow who imports olive oil and wine from Baja. We would love to use the oil in the restaurant. Does anyone know how to contact him?

I think the person you are looking for is Julian Gaxiola. I'm friends with him on facebook, so I'll link you there. If it's an emergency, The Centro Bharati sells his olive oil and mole, too.
