WiFi cafes, etc - mcampes - 08-23-2013
Greetings all - I will be arriving the first week of September, staying for 3 months. Any suggestions for cafes, stores, etc that provide free WiFi connection? (I'd like to use my smartphone)
I heard that Paninos Alonso sandwich shop offers it (if they're still open), but have not found any other places from searching this forum.

Caf? Tal, downtown at S?stenes Rocha and Temezcuitate, has free WiFi, and incidentally the best coffee in town.

infinitum offers free wifi at some locations like the Jardin you will see an available wifi on you phone when you select an infinitum page will come up. You can enter as a free user. once a day

Antik in the Barratillo has probably the most consistent connection followed closely by Cafe Tal. As stated before Telmex Infinitum is at most Jardin's (La Paz, Barratillo, and the main Jardin) and I broke down and I signed up with Boingo as it lets you get access whenever you want in those areas.
