Solicitation call from Telmex - srmisterio - 06-21-2013
Yesterday I got a call from a Telmex rep who was promoting something that I couldn't completely understand. The rep kept saying I'd have 30 days to decide if I wanted the service. She was very aggressive and asked so many detailed questions about me that I finally hung up. Did anyone get a similar call or have any idea what this is about?

Jeff it was proably either they were offering to do a free fiber optic service trial [available in some neighborhoods] or a DishTV package.

Be advised to WATCH you bill!
My Internet was $599 a month, a call came in, I said "No habla espanol" and the bill went to $999. I was given a service I did not want. I have had others tell me the same thing has happened to them with TelMex.
