Classes in movements and meditation - Sandra Ward - 01-17-2013
Tom Reavley has asked me to circulate this message and a poster about the series of classes that he will be guiding in Centro Laurel beginning Jan. 30.
These are classes in movements and meditation that promote physical, mental, emotional and energetic well being. The material comes from the work of Carlos Castaneda near the end of his life, which was taught to two of his apprentices (Miles Reid and Aerin Alexander, the founders of Being Energy (Ser Energia)) and combines the understandings of modern science with the wisdom of a certain shamanistic tradition and other healing traditions. I have worked with this material for many years and want to do whatever I can to be part of disseminating and sharing it with all who are interested.
