Mailing service in GTO? - Doyle Phillips - 11-19-2012 Is there now an alternative to the Mexican postal service available in Guanajuato, excluding delivery companies such as UPS, FEDEX, etc.? Need a reliable transport of 9 x 12 envelopes,1oz weight, to the U.S. Can it beat this? As a test, this item was mailed from Guanajuato to the u.s. using the Mexican postal service registered sent on the 30th of October. Today, 19 November, the envelope has not arrived.
