welcome change when residence visa renewed late because person was out of the country - raquelita - 10-11-2012
Today I went to renew what used to be called the FM3. Because I showed up at the INM within 30 days after I returned to Mexico from out of the country and my (U.S.) passport was stamped on the dates I left and returned here, I wasn't fined as used to happen until this recent change.
