Housesitter or renter Alert! Great house with panoramic views! - martinebilodeau - 02-11-2012                     Great 5 BR, 2 bath, 5-year old house by Mommias Museo, a 20 minute hike from the Centro, available for March & April (possibly May) for the ridiculous amount of $250/month, which just pays for utilities including internet, satellite, phone, gas, electricity, and a once-a-week cleaning lady, in exchange of some minor housesitter duties. This is a house I recently bought and I have to stay home to work another couple of months. Furniture will be there, freshly delivered, and you'll have to set it up (i.e. Michoacan pine wood furniture like Dining Room set, Living Room set, bedtables, bookshelf. 2 beds, that the former owners are leaving behind, will already be set with beddings, but you'll need your linens and towels. Appliances already in place, as well as some kitchen things the former owners are leaving behind. The 2nd thing you'll have to do is water the plants outside as needed. That's all! It's a beautiful bright 3 storey house with panoramic views of GTO and mountains from the 2nd storey balcony and 3rd storey huge deck, in a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
