Real Estate Tax [predial] on line - The Duck - 01-13-2012 PUSH INICIAR above and you'll be taken to a page to Consult your Predial. You'll need to enter your Cuenta Prdeial [account number] name and select Urbano/Rural. You will then be taken to a page where your total -before discount- will be shown and given the option to enter your card details [Visa/MC only]. I used a US card w/out problem* One required field is for RFC [tax #] - if you do not have one you may not be able to pay on line. - well it says only if one needs a factura so maybe it will work w/out an RFC When the transaction processes another screen appears with your official receipt. If only renewing an FM-3/FM-2 was so easy! Some good info on Rolly Brook's site here - but from many recent experiences the actual process's requirements are moving targets. ===================== * I then went back to my card's site to see what I was charged/what exchange rate received and it was at the Interbank rate with no add-on Foreign Conversion fees [at least as far as today] RE: Real Estate Tax [predial] on line - kasugie - 01-13-2012 Worked for me as well. If you don't have an RFC (Tax ID) number, the form fills in a dummy one automatically. Ironically, it did not accept my Banamex card, but no problema with my U.S. credit card :rolleyes: Right now FM3 renewals are currently as clear as mud - total crap shoot between now and (probably) April.
