Hi group: Has anyone recommendations for RE agents for either purchasing or selling a house? Any RE agents that should be avoided? Thanks.

I am sure you will get a wide ranging and probably contradictory group of responses ( based on differing individual experiences) but allow me to offer a highly positive recommendation based on our recent experience in purchasing a lot for construction thru Bernardo Calzado with Casas Eugenia. We worked with him for almost 4 years looking at many, many listings to buy and he was always patient and professional. He and his family have years of experience and are well connected in the community which affords them to list properties that others simply never see.
In addition we found James Pyle to likewise be a fine fellow, very hard-working and very knowlegable and helpful as to values and the intricacies of buying in Mexico.
either of these would be a good choice IMO.
